IndustrialPro Automation provides independent industrial automation repair, programming and maintenance services. Scope, pricing and turnaround for any specific job are confirmed in a written estimate before chargeable work begins.
03 Warranty
Repairs carry a 90-day service warranty covering the specific fault rectified and workmanship, as detailed in your service report. Warranty excludes new or unrelated faults, physical damage, and misuse.
04 Independent Provider
We are an independent service provider and are not an authorised representative, distributor or agent of any equipment manufacturer. Brand names are used only to identify equipment we service.
05 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, IndustrialPro Automation is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our liability for any job is limited to the value of that job.
06 Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Hyderabad, Telangana.
